The name I give to my political philosophy is Creative, Constructive Conservatism. Though I reject most of Liberalism, at times I do embrace

A PROMINENT BLACK CONSERVATIVE LEADER IS GONE

       Today, August 11, 2011,  at 6:55 AM, a prominent leader of the Black Conservative movement passed away.   Elizabeth Wright lived the self help philosophy.  Born into a welfare  family in Virginia 74 years ago, as soon as she graduated from high school she decided to work for a living and turned her back on dependency.  In 1985, she founded Issues and Views, a newsletter by black Americans which trumpeted self-help and business enterprise.  Today Issues and Views is online and you can…

     I had a great time at CPAC last year.   Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend this year. Most likely, I will be there next year.
