"But when he came to his senses, he said, 'How many of
my father's hired men have more than enough bread, but I am dying here with hunger!"
(Luke 15:17, NASB)
America lacks statesmen and servant leaders (http://moveonup.ning.com/profiles/blogs/urban-populations-suffer-from). Urban America is filled with defacto leaders prized for their oratorical skills and unoffensive demeanor demanding JOBS, PEACE and JUSTICE. Yet, these esteemed men and women of color draw disdain upon their faces when asked to survey the death and destruction within the communities of their enacted political and social engineering philosophies. Once men and women of greatness would stride through the Halls of Legislatures and boast of their commitment to relieve men and women of the burdens of civil tyranny. Today, actors spawn of hate, fear and greed prowl the halls of legislatures and hired hands adorned with the iron resolve of envy, resentment and nobility execute the full measure of oppression upon an exasperated people. In other cultures, the normalcy of life is balanced by the outcomes of academic achievement and free market enterprise (http://www.blogtalkradio.com/ac-nation/2011/08/16/the-exceptional-c...). Hitesh Patel and Nosh Tarachand, Co-Chairmen of the National Asian Indian Republican Association, made it abundantly clear during their appearance on our program that the Asian Indian community's great success was built of conservative principles of academic achievement and economic development. Asian Indians have the greatest academic success. In Curtis Crawford's "Should the U.S. strive for Equal Racial and
Ethnic Cultural Education", it was determined that, in advanced reading levels, Whites and Asians were ahead of Hispanics and Blacks and, in math, Asians did much better than Whites. Patel noted that their economic success, average income $64,000, eclipsed all other US groups. From this success, they raised fit leaders to represent them in the legislature and executive offices of governance. In our culture, we have traded the certainty of Booker T. Washington's practicality, thoroughly accepted and executed by Asians, for the utopic vision of W. E. B. DuBois. We entrusted our success to the bitterness of promised reparations and limited our potential to the strength and wisdom of the talented few. We traded Free Markets and Wealth Creation for the Burdens of Entitlement and Centralized Planning. We traded Classical Liberal Studies for Everything I Needed to Know I Learned in Kindergarten, Unionized Indoctrination. We traded financial success for dependency on government. What did we raise during our period of transition from conservative, free market principles to Marxist Progressive agenda: THE CONGRESSIONAL BLACK CAUCUS.
To the most sincere Old Western pioneer, it must have been very disappointing to stand upon the shores of the Pacific Ocean. No further west could he or she go. Verily, he could note without exception the limit to his progression. No more battles to fight or land to conquer. When infinite becomes finite before your very eyes, there is nothing for the soul to do but weep. The election of Barack Hussein Obama to the Presidency of the United States of America was the greatest achievement in Progressive Politics. Finally, the Democrat Party, original authors of the Jim Crow Fix and 1866 founders of a national opposition group to the Radical Republican Party called the Ku Klux Klan, had found their "gift". A man of color that is "the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy". I mean who would not want to have as their magnanimous leader a man with a "light-skinned" appearance and speaking patterns "with no Negro dialect, unless he wanted to have one". Margaret Sangor did not live long enough to see the "gift" although she recruited many a Black Preacher to teach multiple generations to grab the horns of the altar of abortion to save themselves from the mires of poverty. W. E. B. DuBois did not live long enough to see the "gift" but he did what was vitally necessary to recruit the intellectually savvy to infiltrate the Ivory Towers and promote Statism as a means to an end. Woodrow Wilson did not live long enough to see the "gift" but his efforts to create peace through appeasement and the rule of man has gone a long way in making the US a second tier power in a world of justified rebels. Franklin Delano Roosevelt did not live long enough to see the "gift" but he did usher in the policies that would secure the demise of a once great nation to be reigned over by a community organizer determined to finished his term under the guardianship of the United Nation's Agenda 21 Governance. Whom has managed to watch and promote such vital transitions as faithfully as the Klan prevented Josiah Walls from taking his seat in Congress: THE CONGRESSIONAL BLACK CAUCUS.
So Ken why are you focused on the CBC when your essay is entitled "Urban America: Repentance Is The Foundation of Reformation". I focus on them because they merely represent the near entirety of Black power, privilege and philosophical punditry. Yes, I know that I have spoken often about the "Gift". However, his rise to power can only be explained fully by an examination of the men and women that placed him in office. While the social fabric became unwound as new generations adapted to "planned parenthood", our cultural identity was shattered. We began to worship government more than God and seek a "level playing field" rather success in spite of opposition. Socially we cut off communications with others based on the content of color rather than the content of character. As we sought vengeance for the wounding of our past, we suffered dangerous decay to our cultural, religious and social foundations. Obama has nothing to lose in Black America. What will Black Americans do? Admit that they were wrong for over 100 years? Nah, I'll get my own straw and make my own bricks, Mister Obama! Which brings us to the desperation of our human frailty. It had long been promised to Blacks by liberals that once there was a Black President with a Democrat Senate and Democrat House then, all of their cares would go away. The prophecy advised that every Black person that wanted a job would be employed. Each family would receive reparations borne of the enslavement of our ancestors. Health Care would be as plenteous and affordable as a Big Mac sandwich. The government would secure your home, your retirement and your education. From cradle to grave, the cost of Slavery would be paid back in full. Corporations would cease and we, the collective, would unite and work until we felt we did not have to work. This is not a foolish dream of a naive little girl. The Prophets of the Democrat Party--FDR, Lyndon Johnson and Jimmy Carter--had all spoken from the Living, Breathing Rights of Urban Marxist Vladamir Lenin. Seeking to gain merely a piece of the pie, our community surrendered the hard work recommended by Washington and pursued by Asians for the ease of subsidy. This was not accepted merely by the radical liberal Marxist Rev. Wright pew member. This was accepted of Black Republicans in wait to admit that Ronald Reagan was wrong. It would only be a million of us that would admit this. Certainly, fifteen million Black Democrat voters could not be wrong? But wait a minute! We will need a group of ministers to continue this prophecy until the Messiah comes. The One that will make a grown man's leg twitch at his voice. Whom shall we send to speak these volumes until the fulfillment of the prophecy: THE CONGRESSIONAL BLACK CAUCUS.
The Congressional Black Caucus. Yea, Lord! They have done well. Is there a balm in Gilead? We looked for peace, but no good came; and for a time of health, and behold trouble! This is the excuse for leaving the straightway for the broad highways of utopia. However, many an off ramp came. Why did the wise not exit when given the chance? Why did the sincerest believers not see the Light of Life or hear the good news of conservatism that liberates the Republican first and then, the Democrat?
The Book of the Prophet
|3||And they bend their tongues like their bow for lies: but they are not valiant for the truth upon the earth; for they proceed from evil to evil, and they know not me, saith the LORD.
|4||Take ye heed every one of his neighbor, and trust ye not in any brother: for every brother will utterly supplant, and every neighbor will walk with slanders.
|5||And they will deceive every one his neighbor, and will not speak the truth: they have taught their tongue to speak lies, and weary themselves to commit iniquity.
|6||Thine habitation is in the midst of deceit; through deceit they refuse to know me, saith the LORD.|
The Lie is easier to believe. If I say the belief I have is built on a lie then, how will my character be judged? What will others say to me or about me? How will I ever be trusted in leadership or fellowship again. It is amazing that conservatives believe that humans are imperfect and as such should depend upon the traditions, customs and beliefs of the ancients as they align with the Creator. The truth about the lie of progressive political philosophies challenge the existence of a Creator and believe that a moral order can not exist amongst men and only the rule of law matters to any and all. It is for this reason that a Conservative member of the CBC can advise that he is the "Harriet Tubman" of his time leading those from the Lie to the Truth. Such imposing statements are normally encouraged by the evidences of oppression of a people. The narrative of the Lie must stand and never be questioned. However, the tapestry of the Lie is renting from ceiling to floor. The unraveling amongst the mob was evident upon the tongue of Congresswoman Maxine Waters. She made certain that the mob, so long congregates of liars and adoring believers of the lie, knew that she was willing to offer the "Messiah" to them as long as she maintained her power and position. Congressman Allen West is a member of the CBC yet, she mocked him as a weak leader because he recommended that his unemployed brother visit the CBC Jobs Fair in Atlanta, GA to find a job. West was apparently not willing to grow government or appear corrupt in practicing nepotism so he sent his brother to a place that he thought he could find some relief. However, Water's gloat revealed the Ivory Tower belief of many empowered in the Black Community: "Amongst Us, We Can Practice Classim and Castism Because We Can Neither Offer Hope Nor Change". Waters' and the others know the truth yet, must project the lie. They have little power of themselves to change an incandescent light bulb" yet, must be seen as able to improve the Black Community. The Lie: We spend too much on the Wars. The Truth: Of all the wars fought since the revolution, the total cost is $6 trillion. The Lie: America is not spending enough to solve the poverty problem. The Truth: $48 trillion has been spent on Welfare, Medicaid, Medicare and other social engineering problems since the start of the War on Poverty. Any poor people you know working on their second and third generation of poverty? Eventually, even the Liar refuses to compromise and must profess, "What we have preached and practice is not working nor ever will work!"
Let me reveal to you the greatest accomplishment of the CONGRESSIONAL BLACK CAUCUS since their foundation in January 1969:
The phrase "our first Black president" was adopted as a positive by Bill Clinton supporters. When the Congressional Black Caucus honored the former president at its dinner in Washington D.C. on September 29, 2001, for instance, Rep. Eddie Bernice Johnson (D-TX), the chair, told the audience that Clinton "took so many initiatives he made us think for a while we had elected the first black president.
Yeah, that's it. Bill Clinton is the first black President. Sometimes, liars get desperate themselves awaiting the fulfillment of the prophecy. In order for America to be reformed, REPENTANCE is essential. At the American Conservative Committee's Urban Initiative, I am awaiting the Day. Repentance is merely the changing of the way in which I thought in order to correct wrongs and to gain forgiveness from the ones that have been wronged. It's not merely admitting that a pattern of behavior or thought is wrong and then, blaming another as the motivator foe the action. Congressman Charlie Rangel, one of few remaining founding members, advised that Obama's policies are not working for the inner cities of for the country however, the ultimate reason is that it is George Bush's fault. In the end, the choices that I have made that affect everyone else are my decisions alone. I am accountable for those choices. Guess what, it's ok to be wrong however, you are responsible for not continuing in the wrong path. Until the day that the Congressional Black Caucus and its disciples change their mindsets from Lenin to Reagan, our cities will continue to suffer from poverty and ignorance accelerated by the actions of a choice few.
